Digital Foundry's early look at No Rest for the Wicked showcases a promising action RPG from Moon Studios, the team behind the beloved Ori series. The game is presented from a top-down perspective, similar to many action RPGs, and puts players in the role of Cerim, a holy warrior tasked with eliminating the Pestilence that plagues the kingdom.

The 90-minute in-development demo allows players to experience a taste of the game's world, gameplay, and mechanics. Cerim possesses an array of holy powers that he can use to battle enemies, including a sword that can unleash powerful strikes and a shield that can protect him from harm.

The demo also reveals details about the game's setting and story. No Rest for the Wicked takes place in a world where death has set in, and players will encounter a variety of characters and creatures as they progress through the game. The early access release of No Rest for the Wicked is expected soon, and the full game is set to be released later this year.
